My works didn't give me a risk assessment with last pregnancy. 18 weeks tomorrow and still not done one said she too busy surely health of me and baby is more important

Request it again. If they still refuse tell them you can't work until they do it and expect full pay. It is a legal requirement.

Are you in a union? HSE website is pretty clear about obligations to pregnant staff as well, could be worth mentioning that.

Yes we are in GMB site . Every time I go he says that's what breaks are paid for. But it's okay smokies go out for fags
