Hey! Anyone else share my due date?
Had a sweep yday, no signs as yet. Can't help but feel disappointed as everyone around me kept saying how I'll never make it to my due date because 'i'm massive' 😳 (I'm 5ft, Husband is 6ft - of course I'm going to look huge I'm pregnant 😂). Anyway, waiting fed up mama's - I feel ya!

@babygfeb the GP had given me anti histamines, a mild steroid cream and some soothing cream for the itch but it only helps for a period of time, there’s nothing they can do about it really, apparently sorts itself out quickly after the baby is delivered.

Well period cramps are a good sign, sounds like the early stages anyway! Fingers crossed things progress soon x

Hi I’m due in Sunday so not past 40 weeks yet but I would be surprised if baby arrived before Sunday

Had no real signs but had some things that I’ve thought could be an indication eg increased discharge for a couple of weeks (sorry TMI), I had backache earlier in the week, I’ve had some upset stomachs, I’ve felt twinges around my bump but haven’t really even had BHs otherwise...

I'm in labour!! We may not be sharing birthdays but it will certainly be one to remember 😁 good luck ladies if I don't get chance to update/wish u luck! Xxx

Good luck @babygfeb ...I'm also in labour although still at home as I'm only 4cm dilated. Going back later to see if it has improved as will need codeine judging by the pain of contractions.

AliceRR · 08/02/2019 12:24

Good luck all

I’m not in labour but woke up to lots of texts today asking if I’ve had the baby yet 🤔🙄😬

CatsOnCatnip · 08/02/2019 12:38

Congratulations on the birth of your baby boy @babygfeb!! Currently in hospital as we speak, was taken in yesterday afternoon at 3pm to be induced. Was given a pessary yesterday and had some pretty horrible cramps and contractions. Midwife didn’t think I required another pessary as my cervix has near enough flattened so she decided to re-examine me this morning. Only 2cm dilated however enough to break my waters which should happen at some point today. X

After an exhausting 48 hour labour ending in an emergency csection then we finally have our DD as of this morning. She weighs in at 10lb4 and is utterly gorgeous!!!!

babygfeb · 12/02/2019 05:30

Congratulations @moonlight1705. Hope you recover well. Sending love xxxx
