Need advice ASAP

I've been have really bad pains in my stomach this past 3 hours or more. There's no pain when I'm lieing down. But wen I take a deep breath in my whole stomach is sore. I can feel it on both sides but mostly on my left side. Has anyone any ideas on what this could be?? Thanks

I had it at 25wks, it was one of my fibroids playing up. Speak to your MW or GP to gat reassurance.

Im 33 weeks. And I'm going to the toilet fine I don't it's constipation. Thanks for the reply's x
