Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi ladies,
I found out on Friday I am pregnant (3+3) straight after a miscarriage on New Year’s Day last month. But today I have started with mild brown bleeding and had a clot come out. Although this doesn’t feel the same as last time I am in no where near as much pain and the bleeding isn’t as heavy as before. Sorry it’s disgusting but when I looked at the clot it was just blood and there was no ‘bits’ in it which there were last time, it was just like period clots which I used to have all the time. Has any one had anything similar??? I have an appointment tomorrow with the GP but I’m freaking out!

OP in my first full term pregnancy I bled at 5,6,7,12,13 and 24 weeks. Each time was quite heavy. All was fine.
Try to rest but really there is nothing you can do.
I also had 3 miscarriages before that. It's very upsetting but even just getting pregnant is a positive sign that your body is working well. Sometimes there is just too much wrong with the pregnancy fir it to be viable.
