Very tight bump 33 weeks

Anybody else go this? It is quite painful, to the point where it feels like my belly could split when he decides to put all his weight to one side.

The midwife noticed my bump was very tight but thinks I could just have strong stomach muscles (seems that all those years of not going to the gym have really paid off...).

All I'm doing at the moment is rubbing the bits that hurt, puffing a lot and complaining - any other ideas very welcome!

I'm 31+5 and my bump is really hard too! It never softens and is really quite uncomfortable. I did no exercise at all so I can't believe it's strong muscles lol. I really can't imagine how my tummy is going to stretch even more over the next few weeks...it doesn't seem possible Shock

No advice really, just wanted to say you aren't alone! Smile

Yep me too! Also 33 weeks and finding it very painful.

I’m exactly the same I’m constantly huffing and puffing particularly getting out of bed or off the sofa! My bump is just solid and feels tight/uncomfortable. I tend to have a bath when I’m really struggling usually on a evening, use lots of moisturiser & stretch mark oil afterwards which feels a little better.

I’m 30 weeks at the moment and don’t have any others suggestions but following with interest!

33+3 here and super tight bump also, no advice other than moisturiser! Feel for you though ladies!

Bath and moisturiser/oil at least sounds relaxing - might help with the complaining! Sympathies to you all!
