Clary Sage Oil at 40+3 - safe to use?

I'm miserable!! So huge and uncomfortable. Can I use Clary Sage Oil at 40+ weeks and any tips on how to use it?

I used it in my bath when I went overdue, just a few drops, MW recommended it.

It's lovely, I still use it now 11yrs later!
