I have a really bad migraine is there any thing I can do about it?

Paracetamol. Drink lots. Lay down very still in a dark room. I find it you can sleep helps

If you can’t get help I would take the paracetamol,stick on a DVD for the kids and spend the day on the couch.

Is there anyone who can have the kids for a bit. Your partner? Failing that I have taken milk, snack and the iPad and shut toddler and I in the bedroom for a rest
