At what DPO does a line show up on a pregnancy test?

It depends on the test. Some early detection tests pick up hormones as early as 7 days post ovulation and others recommend waiting 14 days.

Thank you for the response. I took a First Response pregnancy test. This was yesterday at 10 DPO and a faint line appeared within 3-4 mins.
