30 weeks and panicking. Could this be early labour?

Been getting BH for about 2 weeks, not too painful but today they've been quite painful and for the last 3 hours fairly regular (no pattern though).

But I am struggling to walk, baby's head feels extremely low and (this is going to sound weird), like she could fall out - I know she's not going to lol.

Is this normal or should I give the hospital a ring? I don't mind going up there to be checked but if it's normal then I don't want to take up someone's space.

I also keep thinking I need to go to the toilet (number 2) and nothing is happening.

I would ring the hospital. It may be nothing but they are there to help you determine this.

Do be prepared to have to go in for monitoring over nothing, however.

Can't do any harm to give the hospital or on-call midwife a ring. Hope all is well x

Please ring them.... Dont strain for a poo on the toilet either... Just incase it is her..

You are very early, and if in labour, she will need a little help, please ring the hospital
