Pregnancy/birth DVDs

Was hoping to get to NCT/NHS birth preparation classes so that DH could learn a bit about what happens in labour (and what he can do to help). It look like we might not make it to these classes now, so I want to get a DVD that might do a similar job. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have an NCT birth DVD that a friend of mine lent me. You could borrow it if you like?

Ooh -- thanks RGP, that would be brilliant. Could you CAT me, or just give me the title of the DVD and I'll find it on amazon?
