So my HCG has dropped from 60 to 44 in 48 hours...(so only 16)... I've got absolutely no bleeding or pain. I've had 4 previous miscarriages so I'm aware of the symptoms but I'm not feeling any of them?! Someone must have been through this 😫 I'm around 3 weeks (I think) I cant exactly make out my dates as I don't ovulate regular, I was due my period 27/1/19 I obviously missed that, but I'm so confused right now. I'm back at hospital tomorrow for more bloods but I'm finding myself trolling the internet and I think some real life stories will help me more.

In a continuing pregnancy they expect HGC to double every 24 hours but they take bloods 48 hours apart incase your body is having a slow 24 hours.

Yeah I understand all of this, I just wanted to hear some people's stories as none of this is adding up to me, I'm not having any miscarriage symptoms but my bloods have dropped by 16 in 48 hours, which isn't much but just hoping to hear other people's similar stories. Thanks anyway xx

You may not get symptoms unless the hcg drops to zero. In chemical pregnancies, often the test is negative before bleeding starts...

In my last MC (I’ve had 5) my hcg went from 39 to 30 in 2 days and I miscarried 2 days later. No pain til then and only a tiny bit of spotting here and there.

I’m sorry this is happening x

Thanks for your advice. Will be 5 days tomorrow since I've been told it's a miscarriage and still no bleeding so it will most likely come soon x

What prompted the measuring of hgc? I have had two miscarriages both started with a tiny bit of bleeding but it wasn’t until I accepted that it was a miscarriage that I had any significant bleeding.

They did a scan and couldn't see anything (which they shouldn't have been doing anyway, as my clear blue said 1-2 week so I'm like 3/4 weeks pregnant and wouldn't see anything on a scan anyway). I feel totally fine, no bleeding or pain at all. Which I find very hard to believe that you can ever miscarry without bleeding... I've had 4 miscarriages and I've bled each time. I honestly don't know what to think. X
