Wanting to be pregnant so bad

Hi ladies,

I had a MC in October and since then I've been wanting to fall pregnant, been tracking my ovulation and using the ovia app too to log details and see roughly when my period is due.

So we've been dtd during the week after my later period and also the Fertile window. Third week I've been so busy and haven't but by then my chances would be low anyway right ?

According to my app my period is due in 6 days and of course like many eager and impatient mummy wannabes I've been taking tests and all negative but hoping if I am pregnant the hormones might have started to show? (Btw this is how I found out I was pregnant last time)

Did any of you do the same and got negatives then to a positive?
Anyone share any good news or bad?

I'm just really eager now to have a baby and I never thought I'd be like this but I'm constantly thinking about it and imagining myself to have a bump and being a mum.

I'm feeling really sad today I guess cause these tests are showing negative results I'm not feeling hopefulSadSad

If you have conceived, it would still be waaaay to early to seen on a test. Give it a few days and try again.
Fx you get your bfp xx

I tested 6 days before, bfn. Same on 5, 4, 3 and 2 days before.

The day before my period was due I got the faintest line possible. My partner refused to acknowledge it. Could’ve be an evap it was that pale. I’m now 5+6 :)

So yes, even though FRER day you can find out 6 days before, we are all different. It’s also assuming you ovulated and implanted in the average time when it could be you haven’t implanted yet. Your not out until your period arrives.

Also, I kind of regret finding out so early as I had bleeding for 2 days and was convinced I had a chemical. It seems to have stuck so far, FX. But Was a horribly emotional weekend.

FX for a bfp for you soon ❤️

@HelloOverHere best advice is just to keep DTF regular and try not to stress so much about it. I never kept track of ovulation as I came off the pill and my periods were all over the place, we had sex once since I came off and bang! I was pregnant. I guess also you're very fertile and more likely to fall when you come off.
Do not stress about it, as you've been pregnant before you know you're fertile so just let it all happen naturally and good luck to you ! 😊 xx

Hopefully I can give you a positive story :)

It took us 21 months and 1 miscarriage to eventually conceive and finally get that BFP... so 28 months from deciding we wanted a baby our first - a little girl - is finally due in 3 weeks!

It took 6 months after having a miscarriage to successfully get pregnant.

Speaking from my own experience the BFP only happened when we STOPPED "trying". I decided I was so done with ovulation tests and calendars and the heartbreak of both a miscarriage and constantly seeing BFN's - it just got too much. I relaxed, let go of the whole idea and just decided to enjoy my normal life with my husband and whatever happened happened. Then, suddenly a BFP!

After nearly two years of BFN's and "is it +?" to finally get that BFP was absolutely unmistakeable - the line was SO dark.

It will happen for you, try to relax- what will be will be - and just be happy and try your best not to focus on it and just enjoy your life x
