What are you using it for? I don't think it's safety had been tested extensively in pregnancy

I’ve had ranatidine prescribed for heartburn by my consultant. If you’re really suffering ask your GP to prescribe something decent. I didn’t try pepto but rennie has gaviscon were useless.

I don’t think this will be suitable. It contains an ingredient similar to aspirin which if given to children under 16 years can cause Reye’s syndrome. Better not use it until you’ve spoken to a gp or midwife.

Ranitidine and gaviscon are ok I think
