16 weeks- 148 pbm pink or blue?

So I heard the heartbeat today and it sounded like a train suggesting 💙
However according to heartbeat per min it was 148 suggesting 💗

For those who found out the sex of their baby were the old wives tales correct?

My baby girls beats per minute was 162

Mine was 142 last week and found out Sunday at 16 weeks it is a boy!
