Arnica

Anyone used Arnica tablets on here? If so which ones and do you think they helped healin process post birth?

I used them with DS1 a few years ago after an epistomy plus witch hazel on pads. I felt they definitely helped me and made me more comfortable.
I have just brought some new ones for this labour. I got them from Holland and Barrett max strength which is 30 and was around £6.25.
