Bleeding at 14 weeks

Last week at 13 weeks I had some heavy red bleeding. I went for a scan at the epu who said everything looked fine but they couldn’t see a reason for the bleed. The bleeding then went to brown spotting and stopped but 5 days later it has started up again. I’m now 14+2 and have been for another scan today which again showed no reason for the bleeding.
I was just wondering if anyone has had similar bleeding and whether this is something I should worry about. The midwife has told me not to worry but I’m finding it hard to relax as I also had a mmc in September.
Any advice would be appreciated, just looking for some reassurance really x

I had some bleeding at 12 weeks, everything was fine and they couldn’t find a definite cause but the doctor told me it was most likely caused by the placenta hitting a blood vessel while moving upwards and growing into the wall of the uterus.

It was really scary though so I know how you feel xx
