31+5 & have girls name but not a boys name- this is my 2nd.

Had picked DS1 name after 13 week scan and struggled to choose a girls name.

emma911030 · 30/01/2019 22:46

36+5 FTM I am sporting team Blue. We have a first name but still unsure on a middle name yet Smile starting to get a bit nervous for the upcoming even of labour and actually looking after a child lol x

PBobs · 30/01/2019 23:01

Only 21+3 and have chosen a name. I think we just wanted the time to try it out in our minds and see how it felt although have other silly names for baby that we're calling it until birth. Middle name will be DH's surname (not a first name but works nicely as a middle name for girl or boy) as baby will have my surname.

CaseofEllen · 31/01/2019 09:10

Team blue here! 33 weeks and we have his full name, have been set on it since about 12 weeks x

myotherbagisgucci · 31/01/2019 09:12

I'm 34 weeks with DD2, we've picked her name and we're all ready for her arrival! 😊

Springmummy19 · 31/01/2019 10:46

28+4. Team blue and I have 4 name a in my head but will wait until bubba arrives to decide

HalfBloodPrincess · 31/01/2019 10:50

I don’t know the sex but I’ve chosen names for both outcomes. Just need to persuade dh they were his idea and we’re good to go!

HalfBloodPrincess · 31/01/2019 10:51

Oops I’m 24 weeks today

Ccec · 31/01/2019 11:01

29 weeks and having a girl, first and middle name has been picked since about 23 weeks :) me and my son already refer to her using several nicknames so not sure if she'll ever be called by her proper name lol.

MeredithGrey1 · 31/01/2019 12:08

We've had first and middle names picked for boy and girl since about 8 weeks Blush. Perhaps we were a bit overexcited but now we know its a girl I like being able to refer to her by name.

blondeirishmummy84 · 31/01/2019 12:24

32 + 2 with baby number 2 and team yellow. We have a DS1 not even 1 year old yet lol.
For a boy we cant decide a name (have 2 in mind) but have a name picked for a girl.

Bumblebee39 · 31/01/2019 12:25

24 weeks team yellow
Have names

ChocolateChipMuffin2016 · 31/01/2019 13:10

29+5 team yellow, girls name sorted including middle names. Boys name we’re stuck! Got middle names but can’t agree on a first name. We have a DS and has his name sorted early but couldn’t choose a girls name so opposite problem this time!

Nathansmommy1 · 31/01/2019 13:13

Just found out on Saturday were having a boy. I chose the name for our last child so dh is choosing this time, I'm glad because I found it so stressful and time consuming when I chose. He has 2 names picked and I'm not in love with either but also don't hate either so can't complain Smile

BippityBoppityBogOff · 31/01/2019 13:16

27 + 5, team pink and she will be little Josy Rita :)

Orangehandtowel · 31/01/2019 13:20

38 weeks exactly.
Team pink and have a name all sorted.

With ds we couldn't agree on a name and he didn't have a name until he was born

Thegirlwithnousername · 31/01/2019 13:21

Team yellow and 33+4 and have a girls name picked but not a boys this is DC2.
We left it late with DS too!
Really struggling to pick a boys name!

Helsvamp · 31/01/2019 13:24

#pbob you can have both as surnames with - or without instead of using as a middle name without a - child can choose which one to go by when a adult . But with a -has to use both names

Chocolateheaven123 · 31/01/2019 13:25

24 weeks today with a surprise. Names are set but have a one in mind for a boy, and a few we like for a girl, though I think we'll go with a particular one as it's DPs favourite (I like as well), we liked it the first time (had a boy) and the other choices could be a bit too similar with our son's name. Girls MNs are set, boys are up in the air.

mytime2 · 31/01/2019 13:27

37+3 Team Pink. Chose a name ages ago, around the 25 week mark I think!

iforgotwhatiwasgoingtosay · 31/01/2019 16:05

24+5 team blue and he has a name Grin

Gummybear14 · 31/01/2019 16:07

16, a boy and I have one name chosen simply because it's the only one I like so far. Hoping to hear a name and instantly love it but so far nothing.

MyBreadIsEggy · 31/01/2019 16:10

I’m only 7 weeks in with DC3 - so not a clue!
With DC1 and DC2, we found out the sex at 20 weeks both times, but still didn’t have names until after they were born! Blush

ImMeantToBeWorking · 31/01/2019 16:21

I am not even pregnant and I have a full boys name picked (DP and his father are of the same name, but they have nicknames. Son will get their name but no nickname and I will be adament on that unless son decides on one himself. Middle name is after my side of the family) I also have a girls name picked, I will never forget getting my heart set on it and when I told DP he said it was his deal grandmothers name (she practically raised him) and that sealed it. I don't have a middle girls name yet but that will come in time.

If I have two of each I am fecked! lol

literategiraffe · 31/01/2019 16:57

29 weeks right now, team yellow but we have a list of around 8-10 names for a girl and the same for a boy. There are two on each list that are 'favourites'.

We've had this list since week 12 I think, although we have added and removed some names since then.
