Nearing 20 week scan, boy or girl do you think?

My little boy is counting the days to find out if he's having a little brother or sister bless him. This is my 12 week scan (I'm 18 wks now) but I don't know what I'm looking for in terms of nub and skull theory, any guesses based on theory? Thanks in advance x

Thanks both, I have no preference no just starting to feel intrigued as my little boy is so excited. Have a lovely scan, such an exciting time xxx
