I found out on Friday that I'm pregnant. I'm around 4/5 weeks depending on when I ovulated. My cycles are a little all over the place at the minute.

Before I took the test, I had really sore breasts, felt exhausted and I was getting nausea. For a little while I thought it was my mind playing tricks and just wishful thinking, but the test was positive.

Since Monday, I have had no symptoms whatsoever. Everything has gone. The only thing giving me hope is that my heart rate is still elevated.

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks last summer so that is worrying me too. Last time I had sore breasts almost up to the day of the miscarriage which hurt even when walking. I was absolutely shattered too but I didn't have any nausea then either.

I've read that symptoms can disappear after 9 or so weeks but not this early. Is there a chance it will all be okay?!

Firstly, sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage :(

Secondly, hold on to hope. I had no symptoms at all. I found out I was pregnant only due to my period not arriving and worried so much each day waiting to feel sick or grabbing my boobs and they felt fine! Everything was absolutely normal and fine. I now have a perfect little boy who’s is now a month old. I feel so lucky, tbh I had a very easy pregnancy and birth (as easy as can be anyway) do you might just fall into that luck too! Also, maybe you’re worrying a tad more because of your previous miscarriage, almost like that’s just what you expect to happen now.

Try relax lovely, all will be well. And don’t forget, if for whatever reason it’s not, there’s a reason why :)

The very best of luck xxx

Symptoms come and go, doesn't signify anything! Try to relax. Congratulations

Try not to worry, my symptoms fluctuated all the way through the first trimester, not just after week 9. I’d wake up some days and my boobs would be killing, then some days they wouldn’t hurt at all. Same as going off certain smells and foods etc. Stay positive :) x
