First trimester super dizzy

Good morning!
I've been super dizzy all day, first noticed it when i was getting ready to take dog for a walk.
Dizzy when standing/walking/sitting down, have tried water/orange juice/fruit/crackers.
I know it's common during pregnancy, but I haven't had my booking appointment so i don't know who to contact, and I'm also dog sitting in a different city.
Any ideas?

I was like this. It's just the hormones and very normal. There's probably not much point contacting anyone as they can't really 'do' anything and it's nothing to worry about; however, if it's very severe, say if you feint, you could try calling your GP and they might be able to suggest something. Just try to take it easy as much as you can. Stand and sit up slowly, no sudden movements, drink lots of fluids and snack lots to keep your blood sugar up. Mention it to your midwife when you do see her. They take bloods at your booking in or around that time and mine tested borderline anaemic. For me the dizziness improved dramatically once I was put on iron tablets.

I had this a lot in first trimester especially if rushing around at work, seemed to go hand in hand with the nausea. Still have it occasionally although the nausea is gone so its more tolerable. At my booking appointment the MW said my blood pressure was quite low but didn't seem too concerned.
