Aching upper and lower abdomen - 14wks

I know to some this may seem such a silly question but this little one is our 🌈 baby, our little miracle and after 3 miscarriages in total I'm a little more anxious than I was with my 3 previous successful pregnancies.
I am aching constantly in my upper and lower abdomen. I'm unsure if this is down to bad sleeping position, possibly doing too much throughout the day (my 3 kids are 7,5 and 3 so it isn't easy 🙈) or is it just everything stretching and making room for our beautiful growing baby?
I am 14wks today, we've had our 12wk scan and all is positive. I'm still experiencing sickness and nausea which I actually enjoy as it keeps me less anxious but this constant muscle kind of ache is quite annoying.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this at all? It is also in my lower back. I am petite and only 5foot so I am hoping maybe a pregnancy pillow will help. If it is just growing pains then I'm more than happy with experiencing them.
Sorry if I come across a little strange I just worry.

I had really bad pains first trimester they are still there now but different as bump is getting big at 32 weeks - I felt like I’d been doing so many crunches overnight though I hadn’t! Not sure if it’s similair pains but worth getting checked out if you’re worried Smile

It’s your muscles softening and things moving as your uterus grows. The thing I remember most about last time I was pregnant was the weird aches and pains that kept coming.

Yes.... snoopy18 definitely the same feeling as having done too many crunches and also Karigan195 I forgot having this discomfort with other pregnancies but I am sure I will have experienced this.
Thankyou very much both of you, it all helps to ease the mind.
I have purchased a lovely, BIG maternity pillow so I'm looking forward to this arriving now 😊
