I’m 8+5 today and for the last couple of days I’ve had decreased nausea, today so far I have no nausea at all. I have been able to eat normally over the last few days as I haven’t been put off by smells. My breasts are far less tender and don’t feel as swollen plus my energy levels seem higher. Going to ring MW today but wondered if anyone has experienced similar?

Hi.
I think it may be because the placenta has taken over so hormones tend to subside a little. I remember it happening to me but then it all came back with a vengeance all the way through my pregnancy just about. No harm in ringing your MW that's what they are for. Congratulations 😃

That’s reassuring, this is my first and have no idea what to expect. Just seemed strange to actually feel human again Grin

This happened to me at about this point. Then my morning sickness came back at about week 10 😬As pp said I think it's normal but no harm contacting your midwife if you're concerned

I had this, I convinced myself something was wrong and I’m now 34 weeks. I remember having the same with my first. Try not to worry, your body is settling into pregnancy, as pp said your placenta will start to take over. Just try and relax, other symptoms will kick in soon enough. Good luck!
