I took a test earlier today and a very faint line appeared within the 3 minutes. However later on I have begun bleeding and cramping? Any useful insights on that this can mean

Hi OP. I'm so sorry, but if you've been bleeding rather than spotting and you've had cramps with it, then I'm sorry but I would suggest it sounds like a chemical pregnancy.

In saying that, there are ladies who have had spotting or bleeding who have had a positive outcome. Take care of yourself.
