Bleed after internal scan

Hello- was wondering if anybody had experienced anything similar....

I went for a reassurance (ha bloody ha!!) scan yesterday.
I was between 7+8 weeks, baby measured smaller but was told not to worry, everything was where it was supposed to be all looked good and we saw a heartbeat.

I immediately had some brown specs on tissue with the lube they used...this continued overnight and into today- wasn't too worried.

Got home from work and there has been some red blood and 2 small clots.

I know nobody has the answer and I know this could be one of two things....

It’s normal to bleed after an internal scan just not heavy flow.

It isn't heavy I'm just super anxious after mmc last year x

The TV probe sits a couple of cm in your vagina and would not cause a bleed from your uterus.
NICE guidelines recommend TV scanning in early pregnancy in order to accurately assess viability/ectopics etc. This would not be the case if it were to be of any danger to pregnancies.
