First pregnancy and I went for an early private u/s last week. No worrying symptoms but just generally anxious! By my calculations I was around 7w 4d. The sonographer did a trans vaginal u/s and said the Fetal pole measured 5.3mm and there was a sac but no heartbeat. She asked if I could be out on my dates otherwise the pregnancy is probably not viable. I think the most I could be out is around 3/4 days. She told me to go to the EPU for a follow up scan in a week. Does anyone have any experience of this (good or bad). The waiting is just so difficult. My symptoms haven’t changed at all so I don’t know what to think.
