Hi my daughter is 43 years old and 6weeks pregnant with first child. We are so worried. But she has been told she has a 8cm fibroid. She has been told to have a termination. Has anyone out there have any experience and opinion please !!!

Why has the termination been suggested? Fibroids can increase risks (slightly and only if they are quite large - I would class 8cm as medium/large). Is the reason for the suggestion purely because of the fibroid?

Told the fibroid is laying low . She has a low heart rate. Said to risky.
