Seraphine return policy

Just wanted to ask if anyone else was bothered by this archaic return policy. Someone sent me some clothes from seraphine and I honestly can't work out how to return them.

Can't return in store, must use DPD, need a printer (!!) to print the label, no customer service availability outside 9-5:30 monday-Saturday. I'm really not looking forward to carting this huge box on the tube to work on Monday, and even then I'm lucky I can print at work.

I can't use Twitter to complain. I'll be shopping at ASOS maternity from now on - anyone else had the same problem?

I returned some stuff there this week and could use Royal Mail. Perhaps my parcel was smaller than yours? Haven’t had any acknowledgement of receipt yet though.

But yeah, overall, I do like their stuff but returns are a bit shit, especially at their price point. One thing that astonished me was that they don’t do exchanges! You have to return and re-purchase in a new size or whatever, meaning that you have to fork out another £5 for delivery (which I think is quite steep, again considering their price point!)

Make sure you check they do process it. I had to chase my return had been received. They did sort it very quickly after that. I also found the clothes a bit hit and miss. Certainly not justifying the full price imo.

Their delivery charges and return policy put me off buying anything from them!
