7 weeks and i have a cold sore!!

Urrrgh!
I have the beginnings of a cold sore... Are there any pregnancy safe creams i can use? Or does anyone have any more homeopathic remedies?

Zovirax (or other generic aciclovir) cream is safe to use, and actually works unlike homeopathy.

I had one around the same time. I wasn’t convinced Zovirax was safe (done more reading since - am now convinced it is), so I stuck to cold sore patches and held my lip against a very hot cup several times. This was a good tactic in terms of killing the virus, but it took forever to heal - think I was dealing with gentle burns. Very clever.
