Washing baby clothes

I know not everyone thinks it’s necessary to wash all your newborn clothes but I’m really OCD and have worked in retail for years and seen the way these clothes are handled so I’ve decided to wash literally everything that will come in contact with baby.

I’m not only washing newborn clothes but washing clothes up to 3-6 months some are even bigger sizes.
Reason I’m doing this is so I can do a whole load and wash all the bits together without having other dirty laundry in the wash.
Also to make my life easier in the long run so everything is already washed and clean..

Problem is will it get dusty sitting in the wardrobe for that long ?
I’m a FTM so everything is all new to me but I just want to be organized!

How long until your due date? I washed stuff in the couple of weeks before due date.

Do they get dusty? Depends how OCD you are.

I have 8 weeks still 🙈 I just want to be really organized and don’t want to leave it till last minute!
Well they will be folded away in a drawer and it’s the bigger sizes I’m concerned about because they’ll be sitting in there for longer..

Are you having therapy/treatment for your OCD? Maybe you could discuss this with whoever you see for it.
