Back pain & light spotting

I am 5+5 and for the last 2 days I have been having cramps and pains in my back. There was a small amount of blood when I wiped couple days ago and a little bit more here and there since, not red, more light pink/brown. I had a MC last year but when I bled it was bright red and heavy and I didn't have any pains. I'm just worried this time. I have an appointment with EPU on Wed but seems so far away! I'm just looking for some reassurance that all might be ok?

Hi OP, I'm just offering a hand hold. I'm sorry that I can't offer any real reassurance. I know people who have had this happen and everything has been fine, and also people who've experienced this and it hasn't been fine.
I'm sorry you're going through this though. I know it's really worrying. Thanks

A bit embarrassing but...I think the pains may have been trapped wind! 🙊 I read up about this and I sounded similar so I did a few of the things recommended and lo and behold, I passed lots of wind, went to the toilet and then the pain was gone! Still light spotting when I wipe but I'm remaining positive for now ❤️
