Am 14 weeks and have lower abdo pain, similar to period pain, is not unbearable and resting seems to help. I also have lower back pain. I had a busy weekend as ms seemed to have disappeared and lots of energy so overdid it a bit. I also lifted ds which I shouldnt as he is 7 .

Am feeling a bit sick today so ms might be back anyway. I have no pain/stinging on weeing. TMI - I have a fair amount of discharge, but not smelly or strange colour, just heavy than pre pregnancy.

Feeling a bit worried about the lower pain tho and worried incase by overdoing it I have done something.

awen

it alls sounds normal and fine. some women have such heavy discharge in pg they wear pantyliners....all normal! The aching is normal too, just stretching.

I spent 5 minutes on a bouncy castle at the weekend, and although I hardly bounced at all (I just sat and wobbled lol) I managed to pull all my abdominal muscles, and am very sore and achy!

Sounds like muscle strain to me, and the discharge is also pretty normal for me

thanks for reassurance. Have spoken to nurse at drs she has said I need to rest today if tomorrow still getting pain the midwife might need to review me.

poor ds maybe will have to have hugs on the sofa from now on.
I'm sure you will have just pulled something or just the muscles stretching. Take it easy and get plenty of rest.
