Raspberry leaf tea advice

I'm 39 weeks today and have bought some raspberry leaf tea. I know I shouldn't drink it after 40 weeks, just not sure how much I should be drinking until then. Is 5 cups a day too much? Not enough?!

I'm not sure how much difference it will make at this point. I think you're supposed to start around 32 weeks having one cup and gradually build up to 3 cups a day towards the end ? I'd say 5 is likely too much .

The tea contains hardly any of the active ingredients. You can get capsules instead.

I would recommend no more than 3 cups - personally I found 2 to be enough. Any more than that and it gave me an upset tummy.

I started drinking mine around 36 weeks as it starts to help 'tone up your uterus and I gave just had a straightforward first time delivery.

I’m picking some up maybe tomorrow too Grin I’m 32 weeks and have read it’s a good time to start having some so 🤞🏾
