Anyone else just totally zapped for energy? 33 weeks today. Not sleeping great- weeing all night and can’t get comfy. I just cried because some plastic plates fell out of the cupboard. Not finishing work until end of February! Anyone else feeling wiped out already?

I’m at 31 and feeling tired. I’m fine in the morning but come midday or 1pm I’m totally gone :-/ I’ve been trying to stick to yoga etc but it feels so uncomfy to do some of the moves that I am just like 🤷🏾‍♀️ Also feels like I’m gonna pop when I’m walking for a bit so I’m struggling with not being as active as I would like. Was exercising regularly up until this trimester 😳 can’t wait for baby to be out and resuming exercise when I get the all clear.

@snoopy18 is this your first? I know what you mean, feels strange being unable to do what you’re used to doing. I find I can’t walk too far without getting Braxton Hicks! This is our second and last, trying hard to embrace being pregnant but looking forward to her arrival now!

I'm only 26+5 and I've had to take this week off work. Hyperemesis, pelvic pain , burning feet and not being able to sleep have just slowly killed me. For some reason I am able to sleep in the morning (9-11/12ish) what's that about??

snowone · 24/01/2019 12:17

Meeeee! I'm 34 weeks with DD2. It's absolutely killing me this time, I'm sooooooo tired! I finish on 15th Feb Grin

Ahhhmebowels · 24/01/2019 12:30

Have you had your iron levels checked?

Jackshouse · 24/01/2019 12:30

I was going to ask about iron levels too and suggest a pregnancy pillow.

springchicken123 · 24/01/2019 12:41

Would low iron cause insomnia / restlessness / burning feet? I am anaemic but not the best at taking tablets...

Gobletoffire · 24/01/2019 13:58

Me! I’m 32 weeks and have felt like utter crap for the past few days. Headachey, tired, uncomfortable, trapped wind. I hope I won’t feel like this until the end and that it’s just a blip. Maternity leave begins in a month and I’m on countdown now.

Mummykaz90 · 24/01/2019 15:20

Me 2 I'm 35 weeks. With my 3rd. I'm so ready for this to be over. I had to finish work this week as I seriously struggling. I'm hardly sleeping hips are aching like crazy and with 3 other children to look after its tiring. I've got no energy for anything. By time I walk up the stairs to get the washing then come back down I'm shattered and don't want to move lol.

PennyMordauntsLadyBrain · 24/01/2019 15:38

I’m 33w with dc2 and feeling similar.

I’m on extended leave atm so it’s just me at home with 15 month old dd all day, everyday until DH gets home. She’s like a hurricane of energy and I can’t keep up. Even getting the pram in and out of my car takes everything out of me, so I avoid going out.

I have restless legs and heartburn keeping me up at night as well. The other night I forgot to take my ranitidine before bed and I woke up at 4am having to waddle/run to the bathroom before I was sick Exorcist style into the loo.

6 weeks 1 day left and I can’t wait to get back to normal.

Chunk9 · 24/01/2019 17:53

I never thought about iron levels! I’m seeing the midwife next Tuesday so will have a chat.

Restless legs and heartburn are regular for me too! Loooovely!

Those wiggles and kicks make up for it all though. But still need the occasional moan!!!

I'm in exactly the same boat! 33 weeks and finishing work at end of Feb.

Not sleeping, weeing, and there's no room. I mean none, no room left at the inn - I can feel everything.

While I'm moaning, I've got bad SPD and my DD is unwell. I forgot what sleep is. Is it mother nature's way of preparing me for the next year?

PennyMordauntsLadyBrain · 25/01/2019 00:16

I found dc1 pregnancy physically tougher, but at least with a first pregnancy it’s all magical rainbows and unicorns because it’s so new and exciting.

Second time round you just know you’ve still got weeks of this crap left, and then remembering you have to get the baby out after that!

lemonsorbetinthesun · 25/01/2019 02:47

This is DC 3 for me. Induced with the other 2 after going over. So the end seems soo far!

snoopy18 · 26/01/2019 16:01

Yeah it’s my first and last (natural one anyway) 😂 embracing it as much as possible but can’t say I’m a fan of being pregnant to be honest 😂 32 weeks now I guess the silver lining is at the very most it’ll be another 10 weeks if baby decides to stay in longer but it’s so active I’m convinced it’s coming sooner
