Hiya!
Im 6.7/7 weeks today. The past few days i know I've been eating crap and i think it makes me feel more bloated and worse!
And ideas on what to eat? I've been eating small things all day as anytime i eat a full meal it makes me puke..

Before i got pregnant i weighed 180lb so really conscious about the weight anyways :/
I've started taking a few long walks each day to be active too

Same here. I'm 8 weeks and I just can't stomach anything. Totally lacking imagination about what to eat. The only thing I still kind of enjoy is the breakfast: mashed banana with plain Onken yoghurt, bran flakes and walnuts. Lunch and dinner are much more difficult ...

I had this too, I couldn't face anything but it did pass thankfully. I found smoothies to be a life saver when I wanted nothing else.

In my first trimester I made banana pancakes for breakfast every morning, filling enough to stop the sicky feeling and I could also make the batter before bed the previous night so I didn't feel sick mashing the bananas

Be kind to yourself and eat whatever makes you feel human in the first trimester. Once you move into the second trimester you should feel much better and find healthy eating so much easier!

My last pregnancy I ate mostly sponge cake and toast during the 1st trimester cause it was all I could stomach but when my pregnancy progressed healthy eating was really easy. My post partum weight was almost the same as it was pre-pregnancy.
Since it worked last time I'm doing it again 😊

Eat whatever you can stomach in the first trimester. Anything is better than nothing when you're suffering with morning (all day) sickness! In my first trimester all I could stomach was McDonalds breakfasts/mushy peas/bananas..

As others have said it'll get easier in the second trimester and then you can start to think about having a healthier diet again! Good luck it your pregnancies x
