Relieving Back Pain

Hi,

Everyone seems to get a sore back at one point or another when they're pregnant... Clare the midwife explains what you can do to ease the pain.

Was there anything that worked for you?

Sorry I only get it after labour and when breast feeding I couldn't take anything but cooling gel but not sure when pregnant. Maybe a hot water bottle or one of lavender cuddling things

Yep. I'm 32 weeks and my stomach muscles and lower back feels pulled. I have a toddler that demands to be carried and it's taking its toll
