Period like pain 6 weeks

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm terrified with this pregnancy!

I'm currently 6+6 with my second, first ended at 12 weeks MMC. Been having period like cramps on and off for 2 weeks and scared to death it's gonna be another miscarriage.

Any of you got any info for me? I'd be so grateful!! Xxx

I had period-like cramps for several weeks in early pregnancy, can’t remember exactly when it stopped, maybe around the 9 week mark. I’m 13+4 now. I think it’s completely normal so try not to worry x

@GabbyGal thank you! Congrats! I'm just absolutely terrified every time my body does something that it's gonna be another MMC, as that's the only experience I have with pregnancy 😬

Thank you ☺️ I know I'm probably worrying for no reason but I'm finding this pregnancy really hard emotionally because I'm constantly waiting for it to go wrong. Just need my 12 week scan to go well, I think after then I'll feel a lot better! Xxx

I totally get it. Sounds awful (and I don't mean it to) but no amount of worrying will change what will happen. The odds are in your favour so just try and relax as much as you can xx

I'm currently 16+1 weeks pregnant. Have had lots of period type pains on and off throughout. Really quite bad before 10 weeks. I've been told that pains and no bleeding is normal as long as not very severe.

Period cramps without bleeding were my only sign of pregnancy until I did a test OP! Lasted until about 8 weeks? (32 now so hard to remember that far back!)

If you're really worried ring your GP or midwife if you've been assigned one yet. Better to get checked out and reassure yourself but my feeling is it's normal x
