Hi!
Im 6.5/6 today... I'm at the point where im constantly nauseous.
But i guess my main concern is that my boobs haven't been sore at all.. i know it's early days, but still...
Also, quick question on activity...
Previous to becoming pregnant i was in a very bad spot with depression and was pretty sedentary. These past few days since I've found out I've been taking a lot of walks and i really want to start up yoga again. Would that be ok, or would it be harmful?
Again, i know it's early days...
I don't have an appointment with a midwife until middle of February, so three more weeks of just me trying not to worry myself silly as i haven't told anyone at all yet...

Hiya, congrats :)

The general advice for yoga is to do a pregnancy yoga and to start in the 2nd trimester but by all means keep up the walks as they will definitely help you!
