Water Birth Experiances

We had the tour recently at the hospital and I’d been thinking about a water birth (of course depending on how the labour goes etc) and I really think it could be an option to labour in if not the actual birth!

I’d love to read about your experiences about it whether it was your first baby or second etc

I loved mine (4th) and he’s still happiest in a bath or pool to this day. I couldn’t get out quick enough after I came out my post birth fuzz though. I remember telling DH off and saying, “Wtf?! Why would you let us be floating around in all this mess?!!”

Had a home water birth for my first. Inflatable pool was amazing and soft to loll over the side. Go for it!
