Burning feet

😩 every night my feet are burning itching, mainly on the insides of the feet , going into the sole and top of feet

I've tried soaking in cold water but it's not always practical several times a night

I've been tested for a liver condition and it came back negative. Consultant said we should test again if it persists.

Any tips??

Stops me falling asleep as well as waking me during the night. Always worse at night

Anyone tried a deep freeze spray?

I got a puppy cooling pad and it made a massive difference, I ended up with two so that I could alternate when it warmed up. Unfortunately mine didn't leave until quite sometime after the baby.
