Hi all.. last night I got my first period since my abortion (I had a 14 week termination in November). Initially I thought I could be pregnant again as I hadn't come on for 8 weeks after, I even had an appointment booked at the clinic for a scan to check for either a new pregnancy or leftover tissue from the termination. Last night I went to the toilet and when I wiped there was sort of brown discharge similar to the blood right at the end of my periods. It lasted maybe two hours and then nothing. I've not had a drop of blood since my post termination bleeding but that stopped within two weeks of the procedure. Does this sound normal or does anyone have any experience of this? I had a bit of cramping in my womb area and my back while I was "bleeding" but nothing since.
