Pregnancy test

I have posted before with no response unfortunately but please can someone give me some help.

My last depo shot was in May, period started again just before Christmas. I have all the signs of pregnancy, sore breasts, I'm spotting (which I read could be a sign of implementation bleeding?), cramping, mood swings, headaches?

I bought a two pack of tests last week, done one last Wed, quickly negative. Then I done one this morning, very faint negative but took longer to show.

I don't know if it could be too early for detection, if I should buy a more expensive test or if I'm just desperate so its all in my head.

When you come off contraceptives that contain hormones it can trigger pregnancy symptoms. That may be what is happening to you. I had it when I stopped the pill. It’s very odd. Keep testing every now and then but in these circs I think you can trust the negative result

Have you been tracking your ovulation so you know how many days past ovulation you are? Most tests won’t show until at least 10dpo. Maybe leave it a few days and then try again.

I haven't been tracking but sorry if tmi but I did notice change in discharge then when reading that could have been a sign of ovulation.
I maybe am just doing too much research to make it fit yo being pregnant.
It seems too soon after my first period but anything can happen.
