Has anyone had IBS or dodgy tummy early pregnancy?

I’m 4 1/2 weeks and last night had the worst stomach cramps after dinner which resulted in really bad diarrhoea (sorry tmi!) I suffer from mild ibs at times so I could tell it was cramping relating to that and not just pregnancy cramping as I was fine afterwards but I’m panicking that having a dodgy tummy this early on might affect the baby’s development. Has anyone else experienced this in early pregnancy and everything’s been fine?

I normally have ibs so had it in pregnancy too but i dont think pregnancy causes it.

I had all sorts of bloating and cramps. Worsened as bigger tho because baby bump squishes your bowels

I'm only 9 weeks but have had a dodgy tummy throughout. So far, doesn't seem to have done any damage and nobody that I've spoken to has seem particularly concerned.
