Weird movement

I can feel my baby move very low down. In my pelvic area. I'm 31 weeks?? Is this normal?? it's actually scaring me a we bit. I feel like he's going to come out... thanks xx

yes its normal i too at 31 weeks had the same feeling!, its just baby getting down in position

Mines super low too also at 31 weeks - it’s felt pretty low all the way through though to be honest
