Maternity jeans sizing?

Sorry if this is a really stupid question! It's my first time venturing into the world of maternity clothing...

Do I just buy my normal size in maternity jeans - or should I buy a size up in anticipation of getting bigger generally? And will the first pair see me through until the end, when I'm (hopefully!) going to be much bigger?

I'm a size 8 now and 19 weeks - bump has made an appearance and none of my jeans are even close to doing up anymore!

Thanks! X

Maternity jeans in your normal size. They have a stretchy bit that goes over the bump so the leg sizing is still the same. I'm 31 weeks and still in size 10!

Yep, just buy your normal size. And they should do for all the pregnancy. I had three pairs (same style, different colours) from Topshop that did me through the pregnancy and beyond. They were under the bump ones , as early in the pregnancy, I felt the ones that went over the bump were a bit weird when I didn't have a huge bump.

Thank you!

I did think the over the bump ones would be lovely and warm as it's freezing where I am atm!
