PHD diet whey? Anybody use this in pregnancy?

Hi, was just wondering if anyone has used this particular brand of protein shake during pregnancy? I’ve researched online but can’t find any information. Alternatively if there is a brand that you use or have used and can recommend that would be brilliant. Many thanks!

It’s just filtered milk so I really can’t see any reason why not..? Although what makes you ask?

Mis read your post a bit there sorry! But I’ve carried on using it just because it’s my usual breakfast and I like it :)

Hi @Sunny1990 thank you! Just wondered if I could continue to use it in pregnancy. Online gives no info. Like you I enjoy it for breakfast and after a workout ☺️
