Adviced need please pain in early pregnancy

Just looking if anyone can give me some advice I'm only 5w 3 days and have been having a sharp pain in left hand side on and off all day followed by dull back ache. I'm a classed as high risk pregnacy due to 4 previous early miscarriages. Just looking for any sort of advice on if this is normal stretching pain and I'm just over thinking it or could this be a more serious issue?

It could potentially be an eptopic pregnancy. I think you should ring 111 and ask their advice.

Contact your EPU, or if they're not open and the pain gets severe, go to A&E. Pain in your side and back can be a symptom of ectopic pregnancy, and it doesn't need to be constant. Also keep an eye out for other symptoms, such as shoulder pain and feeling faint.

Thankyou both for your quick replies this is what I was worried about. Unfortunately my epau is not open on weekends but if pain gets worse I'm guessing a trip to a&e may be needed.

To be honest I would just go now.
