Since last night I've had a pain across the top of my pubic bone whenever I move. I've never experienced this before and it's very uncomfortable!

Has anyone else every experienced it?

How far along are you? I'm 38 weeks and had it for a couple of weeks now. Basically your pelvis is relaxing in preparation. It can be a sign of SPD so mention it to your midwife and monitor it.
Have you got a pillow between your knees in bed? I find that helps. Clench your bum when you move too Grin Knees together whenever you get out of bed/the car etc too.

24 weeks today!

It's especially bad at night in bed. Ive been sleeping with a pillow in between my legs even before I was pregnant but I've succumbed and ordered a maternity pillow this week in the hope it will help Sad

I was thinking it might be SPD, the pain is terrible

At 24 weeks you may well be looking at SPD. Get in touch with your midwife on Monday. In my area you can self refer to physio for this exact reason and my friend said it was really helpful. Have a look through your maternity notes for a self referral form.
