yup,I'm 25+4 and I struggle to breath, I'm quite small as well but I assume its just due to the baby wight, I sound like a horse :-/

I'm 28 weeks now and have been getting out of breath easily for a while, I think it's normal to a certain extent as there's less room for your lungs to expand with bubs in there. I was checked for anaemia as that can cause breathlessness too, so it's worth mentioning to your midwife. If it's very severe or came on suddenly though it's best to phone your midwife or maternity assessment unit though and check what they think.

I was suffering a lot with this too. A high placenta and breech baby were putting a lot of pressure on my diaphragm. At 28 weeks baby turned head down and got a good bit of relief and also last week blood test confirmed I'm anaemic! Definitely worth mentioning to MW.

Had this. I'd speak to midwife. Possible options are anaemia, baby wedged in diaphragm (especially if it's a head wedged in there) or if sudden onset a blood clot needs ruling out.

Mine resolved when baby turned to be replaced by an achy pelvis- pregnancy has its issues!
