What were your experiences with implantation bleeding?

I think I may have implantation bleeding. Please could you share your experiences as I'd love to see if you had similar!

I had such a heavy bleed that now they say it was implantation bleeding/ hemotoma.
This was at week 6 & at the time I was asked to do multiple pregnancy tests over 1 week which all came back negative so I was told I had miscarried. (At 6 weeks the hospital wouldn't scan me to check as too early to find heartbeat so just left to get on with moving on)
Fast forward another 14 weeks & I'm starting to get a bloated tummy & heartburn, did a test & was pregnant. Saw midwife & appointment at hospital for scan booked for usual 2 weeks time; scan showed I was 23 weeks pregnant with the original 'misscarried' baby.
Such a shock! GP & midwife soon changed their previous diagnosis!

DC 1 - short period (maybe 1-2 day and could barely fill a tampon but bright red blood.
DC 2 - about 3 days of brown spotting.
DC 3 - had the tiniest amount of brown blood day after I felt implantation. If I wasn't looking for it I wouldn't have seen it.

Positive pregnancy test 2 days before AF due. Light brown spotting and on wiping for a day and a half 4 days after period due (the weekend following BFP). Now 16+4.

Having read a lot of TTC threads I thought it was very much implantation bleeding then positive test a couple of days later but turns out people can have implantation bleeding up to 7-8 weeks in.

I had it with both my pregnancies. First time was like a light period but only lasted two days then just stopped. I did a test as it that unusual for me. No further bleeding after that and DS was fine (he's a strapping stroppy 13yo now).

Second time, it was a lot of bright red blood, heavier than my period when it starts usually - it poured down my legs which I don't usually get. It tapered off a bit after a few hours and was like a normal period for a couple of days, then lighter and brown for a couple of days. Again I wasn't worried at the time as I didn't know I was pregnant until afterwards. I was absolutely amazed that I all was absolutely fine after I'd bled that much. But DS is six now and exceedingly healthy (touch wood), I had no other problems in pregnancy at all.

Hello everyone! Very new to this so please bear with me! 😬
We’ve been TTC (trying to conceive) for 5 months now and every time AF arrives is a complete soul crush! I usually have very regular 28-day cycles but this month I had a bit of lighter colour bleeding 1 day early and just some spotting the following day And then nothing! I was getting so excited thinking it could have been implantation bleeding! However, the first bleeding was on Monday and since Wednesday (today is Sat, so 5 days after and 4 days after what my period should have been) I have done 3 clearblue tests (2 regulars and 1 digital) but all came out as a BFN! 😿 I don’t know what to think as this was so different to any of my periods (when the gates of bloody hell are usually open for the first 2 days!). any ideas? Need all help here! Thank you! X

Hi I had slight brown spotting start Tuesday.. 5 days before period. I tested yesterday 3 days before and again today 2 days before.. These are my tests.. Would you say its positive?

I had a full week of incredibly light period like bleeding. I normally have very heavy periods so knew it wasn't just that.

I am very new to this and just registered to the page,

We have been TTC and since coming off my pill in mid June my periods have been completely regular every 4 weeks as except them, however this time I was 3 days late came on and very light which is not like me at all, mixture of light pink brown and red spotting nothing on my pad only when I wipe 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hiya, me and my partner have been trying for a baby for a couple of months.. monitoring ovulation etc and today I’ve had pinkish blood when I wipe and pain like my period pain! I’m due on my period Sunday.. do you think this is my period starting early or could it be implantation? Not sure if implantation feels like a period?

Hi.. So was due on my period on 24th I'm just a few days past but I've been loosing just a brownish discharge when I wipe and couple spots in panty liner... Usually I start by loosing a dark brown then gets heavier and turns to period blood... I've had mild cramping for a good few days now felt bit sickly on and off but also done 2 pregnancy tests and both been negative... I'm really confused as this hasn't happened before what's your thoughts? Thank you

Hiya I had spotting last month and this month it’s just like old blood like brown mixed in is this implantation did a test and got a faint bfp can you see my faint bfp

That test is flooded. Try again with another one, because it looks like there might be a line. Good luck!

Hi , I’m having little bit of bleeding very light only while wiping is it possible if period was 9 days ago for it to be implantation bleeding

I always have regular periods my circles are 24-29 days long and this month I had tiny bit of pink when I went toilet on the day my AF was meant to arrive on the toilet paper and then day after tiny bit of red blood size of a pound coin roughly then 6 days later a period with quite heavy flow and really bad cramps that bad I woke up at 4 am to take paracetamol and that lasted a couple of days on and off very different to my normal and I bleed for 4 days heavy and another 2 -3 days very light it’s really odd for me had anyone had anything similar I had spotting with my first Two sons but not like this and I have in and off nausea and bloated and It sounds horrible but my BO smells like sour milk I was like this with my boys I’m wondering do I go take a test? I did the first week I was late and a BFN
