I have accepted begrudgingly embraced the torrent of stretch marks on my lower stomach, but dear lord they're so itchy! I've switched to sanex shower gel and moisturise with palmers stretch mark lotion twice daily but there's no relief. Does anyone have any tips to help with the itchiness? 🙏🏻

Vitamin e based products will be great, coconut oil is good also rosehip oil. Long terms use of rosehip also lightens stretch marks.

Hope this helps!

Have you tried Lush Dream Cream? It's the only thing that alleviates my eczema and itching. I am hoping it will work for if/when I get stretch marks.

Raw shea butter & Coconut Oil has helped me so far - tempted to try the rosehip oil too as heard good things about that too! Maybe slap it on 4 times a day? Also vitamin E based moisturiser. Sanex do a deep hydrating shower cream / gel could be worth a try too :)

What about the Nivea in shower moisturiser? I'm using tonnes of it waiting for my bump to pop out hoping that it will help ward against stretch marks...!

The body shop's body butters are lovely and moisturizing. I've had the itchiest tummy around my belly button recently and it eases the itchiness from morning until evening and then I apply again.

Thanks for all the suggestions. My friend made me a concoction of fresh aloe Vera juice, hemp oil and coconut juice which has helped. Going to fill up my amazon cart now Grin

Neal's Yard Mother's Balm. I found the Palmer's didn't really do anything for my skin at all, but the Neal's Yard stuff is amazing. It's more expensive in terms of initial outlay but lasts for ages so actually worked out cheaper for me. I'm really prone to stretch marks but touch wood haven't got any yet at 34 weeks and I solely attribute that to this stuff. It's soothing on any itchy, dry skin too and I think it has made my old stretch marks from puberty/weight gain and loss in the past look a lot better.
